About Me
As a professional and technical writer, I design information that is usable, accessible, and with the end user in mind. My areas of expertise are in content management, social media marketing, information design, and usability research.
I’ve earned my Bachelor of Arts degree in Professional and Technical Writing from Saginaw Valley State University where I also minored in creative writing. Additionally, I hold a Master of Arts Degree in Written Communication from Eastern Michigan University.
